Return Conditions

• Do not accept open parcels; always check the seal.

• You must notify us within 3 days of delivery to return a product.

• Item must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and order slip.

• Call 0318-2226951 to initiate the return.

Return Procedure

1. Call Customer Service within 3 days of delivery.

2. Schedule pick-up or drop-off.

3. Fill out the return form.

4. Courier will collect the product free of charge.

Refund & Replacement

• Refunds:

  • Cash: within 2 business days.

  • Bank transfer/Cheque: 5–6 business days.

  • Easypaisa/JazzCash: up to 10 business days.

• Replacements: Can be requested instead of a refund (subject to availability).

• Refund method depends on payment method used.

Important Notes

• Missing items or accessories will invalidate the return.

• Only 1 pick-up attempt will be made; missed attempts cancel the return.

• Quality check takes 2–3 business days before refund/replacement is processed.

• If return is invalid, item will be sent back (1 attempt only, then held for 20 days).
