Refund & Replacement

Bank transfer/Cheque: 5–6 business days.
Easypaisa/JazzCash: up to 10 business days.
Replacements: Can be requested instead of a refund (subject to availability).
Refund method depends on payment method used.
Important Notes
Missing items or accessories will invalidate the return.
Only 1 pick-up attempt will be made; missed attempts cancel the return.
