Return Procedure
Call Customer Service within 3 days of delivery.
Schedule pick-up or drop-off.
Fill out the return form.
Courier will collect the product free of charge.
Refund & Replacement

Bank transfer/Cheque: 5–6 business days.
Easypaisa/JazzCash: up to 10 business days.
Replacements: Can be requested instead of a refund (subject to availability).
