You must notify us within 3 days of delivery to return a product.
Item must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and order slip.

Return Procedure

Fill out the return form.
Courier will collect the product free of charge.
Refund & Replacement

Cash: within 2 business days.
Bank transfer/Cheque: 5–6 business days.
Easypaisa/JazzCash: up to 10 business days.
Replacements: Can be requested instead of a refund (subject to availability).
Refund method depends on payment method used.
